Winter slows everything down—whether we want it to or not.
Shorter days, tighter schedules, and a reminder that consistency matters more than motivation. This season, we’re not trying to power through winter. We’re using it to refine our routines and focus on what truly supports us day to day.
Our Winter Arc is about refinement over reinvention.
Simple habits. Consistent rituals. Routines that help us feel good, grounded, and energized through the colder months.
Here’s how each of us are approaching winter.

Finding Rhythm in the New
This winter looks different for me—mainly because it arrived alongside a brand new rhythm. A new puppy means early mornings, longer walks, and more structure built naturally into my days. That consistency has changed how I’m moving through this season.
With routine already in place, winter feels like the right time to focus on repair. I’m stretching more, slowing down, and committing to skincare that supports regeneration rather than quick fixes. Monthly microneedling, gentle peels, richer winter formulas, and daily gua sha—both face and body—are all part of my head-to-toe reset.
Sundays have become sacred for practical resets too: Soup Sunday meal prep, body care, and setting myself up for the week ahead. My Winter Arc is about letting these new routines support deeper, more intentional care.

The Power of Daily Rituals
This winter, I’m anchoring my days with consistency, especially in the mornings and evenings. Those bookends matter, and when they’re solid, everything else feels more manageable.
Movement is efficient and intentional. The vibration plate has become a daily ritual that’s easy to stick to and actually makes a difference. In the kitchen, winter means cooking at home more often and keeping meals simple but nourishing. Seasonal salads, warmer flavours, and food that feels supportive without being complicated.
My focus is less about doing more and more about doing the basics well - every day.

Earlier Nights, Clearer Mornings
For me, winter is about rest, but in a way that works with family life. A consistent bedtime routine for the kids has brought calmer evenings, which means earlier nights for me too.
That structure has opened the door to earlier mornings - and yes, I’ve officially entered the 5am club. Those quiet hours at the start of the day have become focused, uninterrupted time that I didn’t realize I was missing.
With an exciting new Gee Beauty location on the horizon, I’m thinking a lot about work-life balance and how structure, space, and schedule can support both.
Winter feels like a reset, a moment to get grounded before what’s next.

Strength, Inside and Out
This winter, my focus is on feeling strong - in my body, in my routine, and in my skin. My skincare approach is targeted and patient, especially when it comes to addressing pigmentation. Consistency is the priority.
From a wellness perspective, I’m eating with more intention, paying closer attention to protein intake, and supporting my energy through movement. It’s not about rigid goals - it’s about showing up consistently, fuelling properly, and letting progress build naturally over time.
This season is about steady effort and trusting the process.
